Requirement for VGSOM Alumni Meet


Problem Statement:
A Customer complaint and feedback monitoring requirement regarding VGSOM Alumni Meet, where registered students will send their valuable Feedback and Enhancement proposal to the moderator of Alumni Committee after attending the meeting Specifications are left fuzzy and it is expected that student will use his knowledge of business to come out with an appropriate design
System:
To create an online registration portal using Zoho’s cloud application system.
Functional Requirements:
1. HOME SCREEN: make an application for alumni meet first create a home page consisting of VGSOM logo and photo. Provide the previous year alumni meet feedback and photos of few meets.
2. CUSTOMER REGISTRATION: The customers should be able to register themselves and fill the form with required information
3. EMAIL NOTIFICATION: Once the customers are registered, an email notification should be sent to them
4. CUSTOMER FEED BACK:  make a form for customer to give their feedback after the meet asking for suggestions and improvements.
